Tiger Butterfly Rose
How is this metaphoric poem? Any Advice is welcome.?

She was as beautiful as a goddess,
As smart as a college professor (Any alternatives for this line?)
As brilliant as the moonlit sky
As content as a bumble bee
She blossomed like a rose around few,
But was shy as a butterfly among others.
Another side of her, however,
Had an urge to be unleashed like a prisoner in jail (Alternatives for this line too?)
This side of her would be unleashed
as though it were a burst of light in a dark room.
People were terrified by her
As though she were the beast Goliath himself
When she would unleash her true-self,
She was no longer as shy as a butterfly, or even a mere child.
But rather, she would turn into a monster.
A monster that would hold no limits
to her own wrath.
She became as fierce as a tiger,
with the roar of a lion,
and with the temper of hot coal, waiting to be touched.
